As Account Director at Black Flower Agency, you lead and grow a portfolio of prestigious client accounts, delivering tailor-made luxury Brand Experiences. You cultivate exclusive relationships, ensure flawless execution, and embody the agency’s commitment to excellence, creativity, and premium hospitality services.
🚀Your mission :
Leadership & Relationship Management
- Lead the design and development of brand experience concepts and hospitality programs
- Develop strategic growth plans for high-end clients
- Lead and coach the team with a focus on excellence and creativity
- Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with luxury clients
- Identify new business opportunities and drive account expansion
- Represent Black Flower Agency at premium industry events and social gatherings.
Project Management
- Define and implement operational frameworks for luxury activations
- Oversee proposals and client presentations with precision and elegance
- Supervise project execution, ensuring quality, budget control, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with production teams to deliver immersive brand experiences
- Ensure hospitality services reflect the highest standards of guest management
- Integrate brand storytelling into every touchpoint of the event
- Support cross-functional collaboration across business units
- Monitor KPIs and lead post-event debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
Financial Management
- Ensure profitability across all luxury projects
- Manage overall account portfolio budgets with strategic foresight.
Administration and IT
- Maintain accurate records and tools to support operational excellence
- Promote best practices in CRM and reporting systems.
🎯 What we’re looking for
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Communication or Event Agency with luxury industry focus
- Proven success in delivering high-end experiences for international clients
- Experience managing Director-level relationships in global corporations
- Strong leadership in managing mid-size to large teams
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus (Italian)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Degree in Event Management, Luxury Hospitality, or Business
- Expertise in marketing, communication, Hospitality services and brand experience
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
