As an Event Intern, you will support our Project Managers in the operational delivery of high-end events and brand experiences. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the luxury event industry and an excellent opportunity to develop strong project management and coordination skills in a premium agency environment.
🚀 Your mission
Under the supervision of the Project Managers, you will actively contribute to the preparation and delivery of events, from concept development to on-site execution.
Project & Event Support
- Assist Project Managers in the development and operational execution of event projects
- Draft and format commercial proposals and presentations
- Prepare staging guides and operational documents for events
- Support day-to-day project coordination using MCI operational tools (BCom, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, ESST – Health & Safety tools)
Coordination & Logistics
- Manage correspondence and follow-ups with clients, suppliers, venues, and external partners
- Handle reservations with suppliers and clients (hotels, venues, transportation, entertainment, etc.)
- Support venue and destination sourcing
- Maintain and update databases (venues, entertainment, themes, suppliers)
Content & Communication
- Create content for event communication tools (signage, invitations, menus, badges, credentials, etc.)
- Assist in delegate management using master lists and registration tools
Team & Operations
- Participate in internal meetings for operational planning and coordination
- Support on-site operations during events when required
- Contribute to maintaining enthusiasm, professionalism, and team spirit within project teams
🎯 What we’re looking for
- Final-year student currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Studies in Luxury Management, Luxury Hospitality, Event Management, Communication, or a related field with a strong luxury focus
- Fluent in Italian and English - mandatory. French would be a plus
- Strong interest in luxury brand experiences, high-end events and premium hospitality
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Professional attitude, discretion, and service mindset aligned with luxury standards
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality
