WHO YOU ARE
You’re not just a project manager—you’re a technical maestro. Your mission: help us design, produce, and deliver creative and high-quality audiovisual solutions for large-scale events that leave a lasting impact. At Dorier, your attitude is as crucial as your skills. We’re looking for a positive, proactive, down-to-earth, and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here is what will make you stand out:
Event Technical Production Expertise: You have a deep understanding and strong knowledge of audiovisual solutions (stages, sound, lighting, rigging, broadcasting, hybrid systems, and webcasting) and are always on the lookout for innovative ways to bring people together through live experiences.
Project Management Pro: With a minimum of 6 years in the Meeting & Event industry, you’ve mastered the art of managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Your track record speaks for itself.
Creative Vision: Your technical expertise doesn’t walk alone. It always comes with your strong creative vision. You don’t just copy/paste; you seek opportunities to challenge the standards and push the boundaries of what's possible. You’re always looking for new ways to elevate and innovate.
Client Relations: You’re an excellent communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. Fluent in English (French is a plus), you can effectively engage at all levels.
Problem-Solver: You have strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You remain calm and cool-headed, even under tight deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: You’re computer literate, highly competent in MS Office, and have additional skills in software like Photoshop and AutoCAD.
Adaptability: You’re flexible with work environments and schedules, ready to travel and work abroad when needed. You hold a valid driver’s license and are always prepared for the next challenge.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft Technical Proposals: Develop high-quality technical proposals that capture the essence of client needs and set the stage for successful events.
Lead Project Management: Oversee the entire event lifecycle, including development, planning, and execution. This encompasses offer creation, production management, budget oversight, supplier coordination, on-site management, and thorough documentation (Health & Safety, reports, event briefs, and other essential administrative documents).
Creative Solutions: Collaborate with various departments to recommend and implement innovative technologies and solutions. Seize opportunities to upscale and upsell, transforming events into extraordinary experiences.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships to enhance business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Present Dorier to potential new clients to generate new business and develop growth within existing accounts.
