This role covers the full cycle of audiovisual production: from planning and filming to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
You will work closely with the Head of Video Production, Creative Directors, and operational teams to deliver high-quality video content for a range of international corporate, event, and creative projects.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, organized, client-facing, and eager to contribute creatively to a dynamic and ambitious team environment.
This position requires both technical excellence and a strong sense of storytelling, design aesthetics, and project ownership.

(Experience within or working with creative agencies, production houses, or corporate communications is highly valued)
- Advanced video editing expertise: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for narrative editing, multicam editing, color correction, and audio adjustments.
- Motion design skills: Proven ability to create high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or equivalent tools (e.g., Fusion) — including lower thirds, logo animations, and basic compositing.
- Strong technical versatility: Confident in setting up and operating cameras (mirrorless and cinema), sound recording equipment, and lighting kits for field and studio shoots.
- Storytelling ability: Skilled at editing with a clear narrative structure tailored to client objectives and audience needs.
- Familiarity with professional workflows:
- Understanding of S-Log and flat color profile workflows.
- Experience or working knowledge of green screen shooting and keying techniques.
- Adherence to internal processes: Ability to respect and apply the established workflows and procedures within the video department and across the broader company structure.
- Proactive and independent: A self-starter capable of managing full project cycles with minimal supervision, while maintaining clear communication.
- Team player: Collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working alongside Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers, and operational teams as needed.
- Client-facing professionalism: Ability to interact confidently with clients, manage feedback constructively, and maintain high standards of service and creativity.
- Organized and detail-oriented: Methodical approach to file management, project documentation, and delivery under tight deadlines.
- Language skills: Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Reporting line: This role reports directly to the Head of Video Production.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Graphic design skills: Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Experience with 3D asset integration, XR, or VR environments (e.g., Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner).
- Advanced color grading capabilities in DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience producing vertical format, short-form content for social media platforms.
- Experience with live streaming production setups (e.g., OBS, vMix, Blackmagic ATEM switchers) — helpful for hybrid events or studio shoots.
- Knowledge of remote recording platforms (e.g., Riverside.fm, Streamyard) — for remote client interviews or content capture.
- Basic animation knowledge (character animation, kinetic typography) — to boost creativity in motion design deliverables.
- Basic scripting/storyboarding ability — able to conceptualize ideas visually before production starts.
- Understanding of corporate branding guidelines — ensures consistency and quality across client materials.
- Interest in emerging video formats (e.g., 9:16 mobile-first, TikTok/Reels, AR filters) — keeping content modern and adaptable.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Frame.io) — to collaborate efficiently across teams.
