Busy and buzzing as never before, our Production team is looking for an outstanding Technical Production Manager to join our Geneva HQ and play a key role in shaping the events of tomorrow.

What Will Make You Stand Out
- Technical Expertise:
You have a strong and practical knowledge of audiovisual solutions, including stages, sound, lighting, rigging, broadcasting, hybrid systems, webcasting, staging and decoration. You are constantly exploring innovative ways to elevate live experiences. - Project Management Excellence:
With minimum 8–10 years’ experience in the meetings & events industry, you have successfully managed large-scale projects from concept to delivery, including complex logistics and international productions. - Creative Vision:
You combine technical know-how with creativity. You go beyond standard solutions, challenge conventions, and actively contribute to innovative and impactful event designs. - Client & Stakeholder Management:
An excellent communicator, you build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. You are fluent in English (French is a strong plus). - Problem Solving & Leadership:
You stay calm under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, negotiate effectively, and lead teams with confidence and clarity. - Technical & Digital Skills:
You are highly competent with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks,… is an advantage. - Flexibility & Mobility:
You are open to flexible schedules (including evenings and weekends). This position requires regular professional travel within Switzerland, across Europe, and potentially worldwide, depending on project needs. A valid driving license is required.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Technical Proposals:
Create high-quality technical proposals aligned with client objectives, budgets, and creative ambitions. - Lead Project Management:
Manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial brief and planning to execution and final reconciliation, including: - Budget control and financial reporting

- Supplier sourcing and negotiation
- Production planning and coordination
- On-site event management
- Health & Safety documentation and compliance
- Detailed project documentation

- Deliver Innovative Solutions:
Work closely with internal departments to recommend and implement innovative technical solutions, contributing to upselling and added value. - Client & Business Development:
Maintain and grow client relationships, support business development efforts, and represent Dorier with professionalism and credibility. - Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and support to technical and production teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and excellence on every project.
