Job Title:  Association Management and Congress Delivery Coordinator

Job Description: 

What can you expect?

In your role as Association Management and Congress Coordinator, you will be part of an agile team covering Association Management and Consulting (AM&C) and Congress management. Our teams collaborate and share the responsibility for the successful outcome of team projects. Together with your team, you will assist in the general administration of congresses and committee projects. The role will provide ample opportunities for you to take on additional responsibilities based on your areas of expertise or interest.


What you will be doing;

Tasks and responsibilties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment reminders.
  • Providing up-to-date reports to the team.
  • Provide administrative support within the team and assist the Executive General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • First point of contact for all Societies members, industry members, potential members and suppliers via phone and email.
  • Plan and attend team and client meetings.  Minute taking/action follow-up, as required.
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to, Association Management, Project Management Teams and MCI’s Clients.
  • Managing multiple Association/Congress inboxes and replying to all queries in a timely manner.
  • Database management -Customer Relationship Management systems and other systems that may arise.
  • Assist with marketing & communication activities (content creation, website maintenance, social media/newsletters, etc.)
  • Onsite assistance during meetings and webinars. You may be asked to join the team onsite to manage the booth at exhibitions and interact with members and potential members.
