For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Project Coordinator Meeting & Events.
About the position:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a variety of events: from corporate meetings to incentives and international product launches.
You’ll work closely with a team of professionals and together you are responsible for the successful outcome of the projects you are assigned to. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same; perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The work is hands-on, varied and administrative, with plenty of room to voice your ideas.
What you will be doing:
Support the planning and delivery of multiple internatonal events across different industries.
Obtain and negotiate supplier quotations (venues, hotels, transport, programmes)
Assist in preparing client proposals
Create detailed event plans, including logistics and branding elements
Manage reservations and confirmations with clients and suppliers
Coordinate smaller projects from A–Z
Provide on-site support during events (national & international)
Ensure events align with sustainability standards and best practices
Handle financial reconciliation and project administration
Contribute to project meetings, debriefs, and continuous improvements
Build and maintain strong supplier and client relationships
Job requirements:
- Affinity or experience in Meetings & Events, Hospitality, or Tourism
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and hands-on mentality
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-driven
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Positive mindset – eager to learn, grow, and have fun at work
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confident in working with digital tools and data
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
