Job Description: 

Job Title: Association Operations Manager

Location: Remote

Compensation: $26.92 - 28.85 hourly

 

Job Summary: 

The Manager, Operations executes and supports administration, support, training, quality control, and other services to Association Solutions Full-Service Management teams with systems and processes used to support MCI’s clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support FSM clients with technical and process issues related to AMS, CRM, databases, and other systems, including but not limited to: re:Members, MemberClicks, YourMembership, ClearVantage, and Personify products.
  • Support, implement, and maintain integrations from AMS/CRM to other systems commonly used in the industry, ex: LMSs, community platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Lead assigned workstreams or components of complex, cross-departmental projects within MCI USA and FSM clients.
  • Partners with Senior Manager and Director to support client needs and execute against defined strategies.
  • Support month –end financial reporting activities for FSM clients, assisting in data validation and timely delivery to finance team.
  • Develop and run reports from databases to provide data as needed for financials, membership, sales, marketing, and client teams.
  • Remain current on news and product releases from MCI and client(s) SAAS partners.
  • Develop, update, and deliver system specific training for staff and volunteers on client and technology projects specific to day-to-day work.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply tools, including AI, to increase efficiency.
  • Assist with technology transitions and other special projects within Association Solutions.
  • Support Advisory Services and PBM projects as necessary based on scope.
  • Serve as backup client staff when needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar position or proven track record in operations, association management or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute at least one database management, AMS, and/or CRM.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to translate information for non-technical staff to understand.
  • Interest in utilizing AI to optimize efficiencies and processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full System Administration expertise in one or more AMS, CRM, and other database management systems.
  • Proficiency using MS 365 tools, services, and applications.
  • Ability to build and execute queries and reports, in conjunction providing data analysis support.
  • Understanding of nonprofit and association operations including membership structures, marketing trends, and events management.
  • Ability to travel to MCI or FSM Client meeting(s) as needed. (typically 1-2/year)
  • Training commensurate with Division and Level including but not limited to:
  • Leadership, project management, and other courses internally (MindTools, SwitchAI, etc)
  • System specific educational offerings from our SAAS partner(s)
