 Job Description:

  • Sales Leads Search:
    • Identify and qualify potential sales leads for destination management services through data research.
    • Support the sales team by providing quick client profiles and writing proposals.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop industry reports or competitive analysis reports.
    • Maintain monthly sales performance dashboards.
  • Marketing support:
    • Track online thought leadership content on weekly base.
    • Collaborate with marketing team to develop content for blogs, webinars, and industry events.
  • Consulting and Advisory:
    • Provide market data to support BIU’s consulting services for internal and external clients.
    • Utilize business intelligence tools to gather and analyse data.
    • Perform audience analysis to understand client demographics and preferences.
    • Conduct strategic analysis to identify new business opportunities.
    • Design and deliver training programs tailored to client needs.

Job Requirements:

1.      Strong analytical and research skills.

2.     Proven experience in market research, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.

3.     Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4.     Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5.     Proficiency in business intelligence tools and software.

6.     Fluency in Spanish and English.

7.     Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with governments, investors, economic development agencies, and convention centers.

Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation tools.

Strong project management skills.
