Your contribution to unique experiences

As a Project Manager Sponsoring Relations (m/f/d), you plan and organise event-related exhibitions and sponsors—from "small and exquisite" to the grand stage. Your diverse tasks include:

 

  • Acquisition of national and international exhibitors and sponsors
  • Preparation of offers to your customers as well as active participation in sponsor meetings and presentations
  • Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with industry partners
  • Monitoring market and sales trends
  • Independent management of parallel projects with exhibitor/sponsor guidance, consultation, and building & maintaining customer relationships
  • Work on live, online, and hybrid event formats at national and international congresses, as well as their operational implementation (including on-site)
  • Responsibility and collaboration in the calculation of project budgets
  • Development of exhibitor documents such as sponsor catalogs
  • Collaboration on the product portfolio for exhibitors and sponsors

 

Your strengths—for us and our customers

 

  • Education, e.g., as a trade fair/event manager or business event manager or a completed degree in a commercial field; career changers with a comparable qualification in sales are also welcome
  • Professional experience in sales (B2B) or in the project management of congress and conference events is desirable
  • Knowledge in the area of live, online, and hybrid events is advantageous
  • Team-oriented, independent, and structured work style
  • Good consulting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Likable and confident demeanor, as well as pronounced negotiation skills
  • Negotiation-fluent in English and German
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented work with a high sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
