ARE YOU OUR NEW SENIOR EVENT MANAGER?

We're on the lookout for someone who's ready to turn business-to-business events, activations, incentives, and more into unforgettable experiences. You’re responsible to maintain the client’s relation, which is the basis for great work, good vibes and a profitable collaboration between the agency and the client.

You’ll work on different clients and will be responsible for the budgeting & the operational follow-up (location hunting, people, catering, taking the lead on site, …).
Organising isn't just something you do – it's in your DNA. When the unexpected happens (because, let's face it, it always does), you're the calm captain steering the ship through the storm.

About you

• You've got a solid 5-year track record in Event Management
• Concepts don't scare you - you turn them into event magic
• Your personality? Energetic, enthusiastic, and open minded
• Stress? You've got it under control. Organising and proactive problem-solving are your middle names.
• You can take the project to the next level by delivering on time, within budget and surpassing expectations - that's your trademark
• Flexibility really means something, since you understand events aren't always 9-to-5 affairs
• You’re bilingual, fluent in English (verbal and written level C1) but with a plus if speaking Dutch and eligible to work in the EU
• You have a passion for travel and source the most suitable and upcoming venues and vendors to complement offers
