Your mission :
- Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director schedule and priorities
- Manage the Managing Director travel and meetings
- Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to ensure seamless executive support and operational efficiency
- Support the Managing Director by preparing and structuring communication materials for internal teams meetings and external stakeholders presentations
- Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between business units and Managing Directors
- Support cross-functional projects aligned with the company’s strategic goals
- Develop innovative concepts aligned with leadership strategies
- Organize and manage internal events to reinforce company culture and team cohesion
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with HR and leadership strategies
- Handle vendor relationships, budgeting, and logistics for internal events
- Collaborate with internal project managers for larger-scale events
- Internal Operations & Office Management
- Support MCI Switzerland by preparing and structuring communication materials for internal team meetings
- Organize internal and external meetings
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office services
- Optimize office management (SOPs, building, etc.)
- Strengthen company culture and team engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for requests related to the Corpo team
- Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and workplace well-being
- Facilitate communication across business units, divisions and MCI and non-MCI companies
- Provide effective support to teams
Your profil
- Degree in Administration, Business administration, Executive Assistance, Project Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken),
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Copilot, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in travel planning, itinerary management, and logistical coordination
- Expertise in internal event organization, from planning to execution
- Strong networking abilities and availability to support colleagues as needed
- Commitment to discretion and handling sensitive information with care
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs
