Are you looking for an internship within an international, dynamic, and leading company in the meetings and events industry? Then MCI Geneva is looking for you as our new Delegate Management Solutions (DMS) Intern, starting from May 2026!
As our new DMS Intern, you will assist the Delegate Management Solutions team in the registrations and hotel reservation process for a range of international congresses, from 150 to 15.000 participants. You are the first point of contact for our clients and provide them with accurate and complete information on different aspects of the congress.
Your responsibilities

You handle registrations and hotel bookings for groups and individual participants.

You maintain the delegate management database in our registration system and you maintain timelines and priorities set on every event.

You coordinate invoices and payments for groups and individual participants.

You liaise with internal and external stakeholders by email and telephone.

You draft various reports, statistics and other documents.

You are part of the onsite team managing the registration and accommodation desk/office during the event.
Job requirements
You are genuinely excited to help our clients and passionately communicative. You go the extra mile to engage our customers. The good news is that we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job! However, there are a few requirements you should meet from the get-go:
- Valid “Convention de stage” mandatory from school (studies in the tourism industry is a plus
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Good working knowledge in spoken and written French.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
- Capable of working in a high-pressure environment, handling multiple projects.
- Open to working on a flexible work schedule.
- Good team player and self-driven, independent work capabilities.
