We’re looking for an Intern based in Lisbon who’s curious, motivated, and excited to dive into the world of events. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, supporting real projects from day one and gaining hands-on experience behind the scenes (and onsite 👀).
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Research cool venues, concepts, and ideas to support event design
- Help build proposals and presentations for clients
- Communicate with suppliers and partners
- Support the team in preparing briefings and project materials
- Join internal meetings and contribute ideas
- Keep our database up to date
- Be part of the action with onsite event support
- Assist with budgets and admin tasks
🎓 What We’re Looking For
Your skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written & spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with different stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Lisbon (or eager to learn fast!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Your mindset
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
- Flexible and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with a strong eye for detail
- Calm under pressure (events can get busy!)
- A team player with a positive attitude
