We are an independent global marketing communications group with a human‑first approach. We connect strategy, creativity, technology and operations to help brands and organisations grow with purpose. Our global network supports more than 1,200 clients across 34 countries, backed by over 35 years of experience. Under the mci group umbrella, our agencies bring together world‑class talent in strategy, creative development, account leadership, technology, production and research to shape meaningful, lasting impact.
We’re looking for a curious, creative and highly organised Marketing Executive to help raise the profile of MCI UK and showcase the brilliant work we deliver for our clients.
This is an ideal role for someone with 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, social media, content or communications, who is ready to take more ownership of day-to-day marketing activity. The role will mainly focus on in-house brand promotion for MCI UK, with some opportunities to support selected client marketing, content or communications projects on an ad hoc basis.

- Support website updates, blog publishing and content uploads through the relevant CMS.
- Create, source or brief simple social-first assets including graphics, carousels, video clips and event content.
- Attend selected MCI-delivered events to capture content for marketing and promotional use.
- Work with internal teams to gather stories, proof points, visuals and project information.
- Help develop case studies, credentials materials, award submissions, thought leadership and PR content.
- Support marketing activity for new business, pitches, prospect engagement and commercial campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor reviews and trend spotting to inform content and campaign ideas.
- Track performance across social media, email, website and digital content.
- Prepare clear updates on what is working, what could improve and what should be tested next.
- Use insight to recommend improvements to content, campaigns and channel performance.
- Support selected client marketing, communications or content projects where required.
