THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role plays a critical part in driving outreach and conversions for key AMC IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) products, ensuring strong engagement with prospects and delivering measurable results. This position is fully remote and based in the Philippines.
THE WORK
Sales Support [80%]
- Execute outbound calls and email campaigns to promote and sell assigned products (FMAA and CSCA) within Asia Pacific.
- Prepare and distribute donation reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and cumulative sales targets aligned with KPI metrics.
- Provide timely follow-up and customer support to prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign alignment and reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for review.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Database Management [20%]
- Manage, update, and maintain databases to ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data on a timely manner.
- Support data segmentation, list building, and reporting needs for campaigns and outreach activities.
THE CONNECTION
- The Sales Coordinator reports to the Assistant Partnership Relationship Manager and will work closely with the assigned IMA team to support aligned initiatives and objective
THE MUST HAVE
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales outreach preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
THE GOOD TO HAVE
- Highly organized, detail- oriented, diligent and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in an association, non-profit, or professional organization environment is an advantage but not required
- Strong sense of professionalism and integrity in handling client interactions and sensitive information
