THE OBJECTIVE
Drive the overall strategic direction — and develop interesting and effective recommendations — for marketing and engagement campaigns informed by research and data.
THE WORK
The Planner will work closely with the Solutions department, across other functions, and clients on new business proposals and the execution of awarded projects. As part of the planning work, you will be responsible for analysing the creative brief, providing the ideal environment for creative development, and crafting the complete proposal for delivery to clients. You will be instrumental in driving projects from concept to launch and be confident in devising strategies that consider all aspects of marketing mix and engagement best practices.
The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes the administrative and strategic aspects of developing a proposal and be as interested in our clients’ business as a customer or key stakeholder would be. You are innately curious and aim to enable the team to produce innovative ideas grounded in data and research. You thrive on seeking new trends, identifying cultural and social shifts, and experimenting with technology to make your insights and proposals fresh, meaningful and progressive.
