Assistant Director, Client Success

The OPPORTUNITY

 

The Client Success team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Account Director, Client Success to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships

with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts. An overall, a dynamic contributor towards a successful Client Success management will lead to the achievement of the

financial goals and growth for the Corporate Business Units.

 

The WORK

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

 

Account Growth

 

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand service offerings and explore new business opportunities.

 

Strategic Planning

 

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and company goals.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide strategic recommendations.

 

Communication and Collaboration

 

  • Effectively communicate client goals and expectations internally to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve client success.

 

Client Advocacy

 

  • Serve as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product/service enhancements.

 

THE HIVE

  • The role reports to Director, Corporate Client Success
  • Working asynchronously with the corporate ecosystem, Creative, Strategy & Innovation, Experiential Team.

  • Leadership skills, ability to lead and inspire a team of client success professionals.
  • Capability to seat clear vision and goals for the client success department.
  • Client Centric approach with strong focus on understanding & meeting the needs of clients.
  • Maintaining a commitment to building long term positive relationships with clients.
  • Stellar communication & written skills with ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address client challenges and the capacity to think creatively to find innovative solutions.
  • Goal oriented with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and revenue growth & ability to track and measure key performance indicators. 
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams. 
  • A team player who can foster a positive and cooperative work environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends. Willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
  • Empathetic approach towards understanding client concerns and needs. Ability to put oneself in the client's shoes to provide personalized solutions. Strong negotiation skills to handle contracts, upsells, and renewals and ability to find mutually beneficial solutions during discussions.

 

 

THE GOOD TO HAVE

 

  • Good knowledge of technology systems and processes including web development, digital solutions, virtual presentations, and hybrid experiences.
  • Proficient in workplace apps, office 365 or relevant digital tools to deliver winning proposals.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse client success metrics & utilization of data to make informed decisions and recommendations. 
  • Willingness to mentor and develop junior team members and commitment to the professional growth of the client success team.
