Job Title:  Director of Operations and Engagement, ROGA

Job Description: 

Job Objective

Director of Operations and Engagement will act as an operational leader, ensuring the efficient execution of initiatives and alignment with the organization’s mission. This role encompasses strategic planning support, stakeholder engagement, and high-level communication, blending project management with executive-level support. Previous experience in responsible gaming is required to understand the nuances of RG and navigate the stakeholder environment effectively.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of ROGA and the Executive Director’s office.

• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• Manage priorities, timelines, resource allocation, and external vendors/consultants.

• Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.

• Manage strategic relationships with regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders.

• Support the development and execution of campaigns, partnerships, and events.

• Draft and refine communications for the Executive Director.

• Establish and manage a centralized repository of responsible gaming-related materials.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of educational resources.

• Track and analyze industry trends and emerging issues.

• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, events, and conferences.

• All other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, project/program management, or executive-level support, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.

• High level awareness of responsible gaming practices.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in responsible gaming is required.

•  Proficiency in project management tools and software.

 

Additional Loval Requirements

Percentage travel required: 30%
