Job Description: 

Job Objective

The Education Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the SDFM Education and Certification team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate eager to gain experience in program coordination, customer service, and digital learning systems. The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of educational programs, maintaining accurate records, and supporting learners and stakeholders across all delivery formats.

 

Main Responsibilities

Program Support

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of education events in the LMS (Path) and AMS (Altai), including registration, session uploads, and learner tracking
  • Support the coordination of webinars, workshops, and in-person training events by preparing materials, managing logistics, and tracking attendance
  • Help issue certificates of completion and manage CPE documentation

Customer Service

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Education mailbox, escalating complex issues to senior staff
  • Provide support for group registrations, billing questions, and government forms (e.g., SF-182)
  • Troubleshoot learner access issues, including duplicate accounts and login problems

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain organized records in SharePoint and other platforms, ensuring files are accessible and up to date
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation and willingness to learn.
