Event Marketing Coordinator

Job Objectives

The Event Marketing Coordinator will support the efforts of the Strategic Event Management department’s by executing marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates, develop post show reports, and assist with Marcom related tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, create and send all client marketing emails
• Create client email marketing timelines and present plans to clients
• Client facing communication
• Monitor and gather email analytics for clients and future campaigns
• Create social media graphics and copy for clients
• Build post-event surveys for clients
• Develop client facing post show reports
• Photo resizing
• All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree preferred but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Working knowledge of design programs such as Canva, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email marketing tools such as MailChimp, databases, etc.
• Must have strong organizational and multi-project management skills
• Limited travel will be required
