Pardot Marketing Manager

Job Objective

The Marketing Manager, Revenue Services, is responsible for overseeing the marketing initiatives delivered by the MCI USA Revenue Services marketing team.

 

The Revenue Services sales team delivers exhibit, sponsorship and advertising sales for a wide range of non-profit clients. Our clients are Associations serving as professional membership organizations in various industries, including legal, education, government, and more. 

 

The Marketing Manager, Revenue Services, leads the marketing efforts needed to generate revenue for our clients, including email marketing, media kit content development, and other initiatives to support the sales team.

 

This individual will also collaborate with coworkers across teams and departments and facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of marketing materials. Our ideal candidate has experience supporting sales teams and is communicative, collaborative leader.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for various Client portfolios, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and ROI expectations.
  • Implement marketing automation workflow and lead nurturing programs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure email campaigns align with overall sales and client goals.
  • Own the management, optimization, and standardization of marketing automation system (Pardot), along with the upkeep of supporting marketing technologies.
  • Oversee the marketing onboarding process for new clients, providing a seamless transition and integration into our marketing ecosystem.
  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of Marketing Coordinators, ensuring efficient and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Lead training initiatives and create comprehensive documentation to streamline marketing processes
  • Engage in continuous process management to ensure marketing efforts are optimized to meet sales quotas and drive ROI.
  • Innovate and test new marketing approaches to enhance alignment with direct sales revenue objectives.
  • Adhere to email marketing best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM compliance, and list hygiene.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to email marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years of managing email marketing programs and 1 year of people management
  • Experience in B2B marketing, Association and/or Non-Profit experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot/Sales Marketing account engagement strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and review performance using various analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and client relationships.
  • Outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.
  • Ability to harness collaboration to produce quality content.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Technical Skills

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Analytics
  • Canva
  • Salesforce.com Experience strongly preferred
  • Pardot/salesforce marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with Wordpress, Squarespace and web design platforms preferred
