CLIENT SOLUTIONS PROJECT MANAGER

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to craft bespoke service proposals for international clients, spearhead the development of innovative products, and ensure that Ovation Spain remains at the forefront of the MICE industry.

With your passion for Spain as a MICE destination, your main task is to prepare winning proposals. Additionally, you will be constantly on the lookout for the latest trends and destination novelties and will thrive in our international and collaborative work environment.

Your innovative proposals and product development will directly contribute to Ovation’s strategic positioning as a leading DMC. You will be responsible for quality assurance, ensuring that our proposals and budgets meet our high standards and brand guidelines.

In this role, in the Client Solutions Department you complement the Sales Department from the Office. Then, once the project is won, it is passed on through Operations who execute it.

Skills & requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the MICE Market as Project manager/Event manager (ideally DMC). Experience in the Operations Department is a plus.
• Knowledge of Spain as MICE destination
• Proven experience in budgeting and Event proposal writing. 
• You know your way around industry suppliers/partners and your expert negotiation skills will secure the best services at competitive rates, directly contributing to the memorable experiences we deliver to our clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Good written and verbal communication in business English/Spanish
• You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• You are comfortable at engaging with Clients either through conference calls or at face-to-face meetings.  
• You think in solutions, not problems, always ensuring a positive approach to any challenge. 
• You have exceptional attention to detail.
• Spain & International travel may be required (e.g. site inspections, Trade fairs)
• You are eager to learn more and become a key player in our Client Solutions Team.
• You know your way around tech tools (e.g. CVENT, AI, CRM).
• Fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Interest in and knowledge of sustainable event design highly valued
