Lead Generation Specialist

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing lead generation across Ovation channels. The role emphasizes data collection and lead retrieval to support our Strategic Partners globally. This junior position is integral to our team's cohesion and effective communication with partners.

 

MAIN RESPONISBILITIES:

1. **Lead Generation and Management**:

  - Monitor lead generation across various Ovation channels.

  - Retrieve and manage leads to support Ovation’s Strategic Partners worldwide.

2. **Data Management**:

  - Collect data pertinent to leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  - Utilize SAP CRM for lead collecting and insertion, ensuring all data is up-to-date and actionable.

3. **Collaboration**:

  - Work closely with the Global Sales and Strategic Partnerships team to understand evolving requirements and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.

  - Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.

4. **Reporting**:

  - Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and data metrics.

- Offer insights and recommendations for enhancing lead generation efforts

 

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to VP Ovation Global DMC, holds strong relationships with Strategic Partners and HQ and local talents

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

.1 **Education & Experience**:

  - 1-5 years of relevant working experience.

  - Affinity with the travel and events industry.

  - Prior experience with SAP CRM for lead collection is desirable, though not mandatory.

 2. **Skills & Abilities**:

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  - Familiarity with digital platforms and tools associated with lead generation.

  - Fluency in English is a must.

 3. **Personal Attributes**:

  - Self-starter with a proactive approach.

  - Team player with a collaborative mindset.

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

 

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS:

MS Office level expert
