mci group’s AI Team builds AI products for back-office and front-office use, with one ambition: transforming mci group into an AI-powered organisation. We’re looking for a Senior Developer to join us as a hands-on peer, bridging product and engineering.
What you’ll do

Build and ship features and AI agents, taking on the most complex parts

Turn product needs into clear, well-sized tasks with the Product Manager

Help fellow developers move faster through pairing, code reviews and shared tooling
-
Keep quality high across products, including measurable AI quality (evaluations, guardrails, cost tracking)

Work in tandem with our DevOps Engineer on CI/CD, infrastructure as code and monitoring
What you bring

5+ years building and shipping production software
-
Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript/React (Next.js) and Python or C#
-
Hands-on experience with production LLM applications (RAG, agents, evaluation)
-
Cloud experience on Azure and solid PostgreSQL data modelling
-
A collaborative, low-ego approach and a track record of making teams more effective
-
Fluent English; Spanish or French are strong assets
-
Able and willing to travel occasionally
